PNCC Palau
Ninth Design developed an end-to-end eSIM commerce platform for PNCC Palau, combining a straightforward customer purchasing experience with a sophisticated operational system built specifically for the telecom’s internal team. The public-facing application guides customers through purchasing, identity verification, payment, and eSIM fulfillment. Behind it is a comprehensive management platform that gives authorized PNCC personnel detailed oversight of every order throughout its lifecycle. Ninth Design also developed PNCC’s native mobile apps for Apple and Android — e-commerce apps focused on letting customers conveniently top up their prepaid services.

Ninth Design developed an end-to-end eSIM commerce platform for PNCC Palau, combining a straightforward customer purchasing experience with a sophisticated operational system built specifically for the telecom’s internal team.
The system brings transaction management, payment processing, verification status, eSIM provisioning, fulfillment, exception handling, refunds, operational reporting, and customer-support information into one controlled environment.
What appears to the customer as a simple eSIM purchase is supported by a carefully engineered commerce and telecommunications platform designed to provide PNCC with visibility, control, accountability, and the tools required for daily operations.
